How To sleep Faster and Better

Many of us have trouble sleeping at night due to stress or anxiety, some can lay in bed one hour or more before falling asleep .
Here are some tips that really helped me, and still HELPS me every single day. Let's start
Lets Start !

           - Aloysia citrodora! (Verbana lemon )

This Drink is really helpful !! , PERSONALLY helped me a Lot during my time with troubles sleeping , , Verbana or Aloysia citrodra is totally natural , and has many benefits : It can help you calm down after a long days work ,keeps you in a really Calm mode , but most importantly is helps you sleep like a "baby " and Its really easy to make , you just boil water and add this incerdible leave , you can add some sugar
Add Hot milk to it for better resaults.

- Avoid Drinks that Contain Coffeine at Night

Coffeine used both recreationally and medically to reduce physical fatigue, However drinking it at Night
may cause you to have some trouble sleeping .
They are number of drinks that Containe coffeine such as : coffe which is the most common drink that contanines coffeine , Tea including green tea, black tea and, Chai tea, Hot cocoa also contains caffeine , and energy drinks , Soda and chocolate also containe a hight percentage of coffeine .
So avoid coffeine at night so you can increase your chances of having a fast sleep
.

- Listen to Rain Sound effects !!

Another way to help your sleeping problem , and its something I do every single day when i want to sleep or if i want to just to relax Is : play rain sound effect .
You may be suprised! , but this is a great way to relax thus fall asleep really fast, , if you have a smart phone , you just download a rain sound APP and Enjoy , they are free .
Rain sounds are application for relaxation,, rest, and therapy.This app helps me go to sleep everyday.

    - Sports        


Sports during the day is a good way to help you sleep fast in the night , doing any form of physical activity , will not only improve your physical ability and skills , but it will also help you later on the day to sleep much better and fast.
Getting enough sleep is important for optimal sports performance , and its the other way around too .
